Who we are

Fondazione Vignato Per L’Arte- Vignato Art Foundation –  with legal head office in Vicenza, in Via Torretti no. 52, ZIP code 36100, is the Owner of personal data treatment.


Which data we collect and why

The Foundation collects and uses personal data in the implementation of its artistic, editorial, organizational activities which are planned in its statute. Information treated is related to those who benefit from informative services offered by the Foundation and distributed through the website https://www.fondazionevignato.itthose registered to an event organized by the Foundation, that is subscribed to the newsletter through the function present on the institutional website.

The collected personal data (physical person: first name, last name, email address – legal subject: registered name, business name, tax code, phone number) are managed according to the type of relationship requested. The main treatments exercised by the Foundation on these data have the purpose to:

a)  manage ongoing contracts between the person involved and the Owner regarding: informing and organizing cultural events, non-profit advertisement postings, sponsorships, non-profit performing services in the fields of communication and organization of artistic events and promotion of art in general.

b) periodically send newsletters by email, inform in advance about activities organized by the Foundation;

c) activities such as promoting events, meetings, seminars;  

Having considered the above treatment purposes, data provision is necessary in cases of treatment at letter a), while it is optional in the other cases but, lacking this, the user cannot have access to the requested services. Each treatment is performed both with manual instruments and IT procedures in order to guarantee safety, integrity and privacy. Data can be treated by a third person which acts as an Owner and performs treatment activities which are essential for the Foundation activities.

If the user providing data is less than 16 years old, treatment is legal only if authorized by the owner of parental responsibility. Without this authorization, treatment cannot be performed.

Personal data are preserved for the entire duration of their conferment, related to the performance of administrative and accounting duties or informative and distribution activities (for the newsletter there is the function “unsubscribe”).

The Owner guarantees the exercise of his/her rights to every person involved (Articles from 15 to 22 of the European Regulation 679/2016): access to data, their amendment or cancellation, limitations to treatment, opposition, data portability, suspension of consent (this does not affect treatment lawfulness based on consent provided before the suspension), authority to present a complaint to the control authority in case of violation by the owner of rights exercise of the person involved. 

Users are able to suspend their consent in any moment and exercise their rights by sending an email to the address info@fondazionevignato.itthat is by contacting the treatment owner.
